  2. HOW DO YOU OPERATE WHEN WE CALL YOUR HOTLINE?

    Our Concierge Service Specialist After Confirming You A Member Or Non-Member, Will Understand Your Urgent Need, And Either Give You Information For The Same, Or Register A Service Request For TheTask Specified By You.

  3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A SERVICE REQUEST IS REGISTERED ?

    An Account Manager will be designated for your job and will delegate the task to a skilled craftsman e.g. Carpenter / Plumber/ Technician. A Supervisor and skilled craftsman will visit your home/officeand understand the job to be done. A work order will be filled with details ofthe job and a quotation for material and/or labor will be presented to you.

    You are at liberty to recheck for pricing withanother service provider and if we are found reasonable, then would you have toapprove the work order and duly signit and return it to our supervisor/technician.

    Since this is a pre paid service, you would payus in full advance for the job assigned to us. On completion we would ask youto sign the work order again for the job satisfactorily completed.
